- PHP 5

- MySQL

- CSS and (x)HTML

- Javascript / ajax / Javascript framework experience

- Impeccable written and spoken English

- Excellent attention to detail

Desirable skills

- RAD (Rapid Application Development) experience

- SCRUM development experience

- Version Control (SVN, CVS, etc) experience

- Experience with formal release and testing experience

- Understanding of Finance including dual entry accounting

- Exposure to XMP, EXIF and IPTC

- Exposure to Video / Image transcoding

- A passion for cutting edge technology

- Exposure to Sphinx full text indexer
