- account management (digital agency, web development, software)
- customer service (digital agency, web development, software)
- development, web design, content editing, etc. a related job in online/digital

Technology essentials
Use of and project management of projects using Content Management Systems
Projects with PHP or .Net, mySQL, XML, (API if possible)

Skills
HTML (intermediate), cSS (intermediate), awareness of Javascript, Ajax – can explain their
uses and benefits/disadvantages
Photoshop (Intermediate), preferable some web design (understanding and can prove project experience of project
involving desiging a website)
MS Word/Excel or Google Docs or OpenOffice
MS Project or other Gantt chart software/website
