The Human Resources and Talent Committee seeks to make more information available regarding emerging and maturing career paths in the DAM profession. By surveying the broad DAM community and collecting published peer-reviewed information, this committee will make statistics, job descriptions, and best practices more visible to those wishing to hire DAM professionals or work with DAM systems.
To encourage growth and diversity in the DAM community, the Human Resources and Talent Committee will also seek to promote ethical standards in hiring, performance valuation, and promotion. We will also actively foster programs that encourage positive internship opportunities and mentoring programs.
